- Manage reagent revenue in a designated group of accounts
- Maintain, defend, and grow clinical utilization and laboratory business in Reference, Hospital, and Health System Laboratory accounts
- Achieve sales targets
- Maintain current business
- Achieve growth objectives
- Defend against competitive threats
- Develop strategies to increase test utilization and communicate the value to stakeholders
- Orchestrate resource usage for growth
- Hold Customer Business Reviews
- Educate on optimal patient care using the test portfolio
- Cultivate advocacy with established customers
- Participate in district meetings
- Act as a liaison with other Commercial personnel
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required (preferably in Life Sciences or Business)
- Experience: Minimum of three years' sales experience in Laboratory, Medical Device, or Diagnostics Sales required
- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Ability to travel, superior listening and communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, results-oriented
- Standing, walking, and sitting requirements
- Travel by various means
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Vision and hearing abilities
- Varying noise levels in work environment
