The Department of Construction and Real Estate Management is looking for a PROJECT MANAGER / ENGINEER (M/F/D) specializing in TECHNICAL BUILDING EQUIPMENT (TGA) / HVAC to start as soon as possible. Pay grade 12 TVöD | Full-time / Part-time | Permanent

Your tasks

• Project management and control of TGA for construction projects, including selection, commissioning, and management of planning participants, as well as contract, procurement, and risk management
• The scope of work for municipal new buildings and major renovations includes wastewater, water, and gas systems, heating systems, air conditioning systems, as well as usage-specific and process engineering systems including building automation
• Client function for all phases of the HOAI
• Development and review of technical standards to optimize operating and investment costs
• Support in architectural competitions
