WE ARE GROWING - GROW WITH US To further expand our sales team in Todtnau, we are looking for a SALES ASSISTANT (M/F/D) IN INSIDE SALES ON A FULL-TIME BASIS STARTING AS SOON AS POSSIBLE YOUR MENU * Take responsibility for order processing for supermarkets and specialty stores and ensure a smooth process * Support the outside sales team in customer acquisition and care * Maintain and update customer data and sales documents * Coordinate and organize trade fair appearances and customer events * Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints * Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient processes YOUR INGREDIENTS * Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification * Relevant work experience in sales or customer service * Strong communication and organizational skills * Proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM systems * Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken * Enthusiasm for food and a healthy lifestyle WE
