Assists in the day-today operations of all Sprayground social media accounts in order to build greater brand awareness.
This role is responsible for project managing and implementing all social media related efforts designed to increase brand visibility, as well as consumer acquisition and retention - focusing on the accessories fashion category.
ResponsibilitiesProgramming & Execution
Strategize the calendar for daily social messages for all national platforms (Instagram, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Vine, Stellar, Facebook, Snapchat, tik tok ) and make sure that all messaging falls in line with monthly and weekly marketing themes.
Ensure that each post is brand appropriate, accurate and appropriately labeled. Monitor accuracy as well as performance of all posts on all channels.Track daily posts and performance for Twitter, Tumblr, Tik tok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and the UO Blog.
Analysis
Use Sprout and Curalate platforms to gather analytical data and report to team on content performance and other key business results.
Publish weekly report for all platforms. Track what performs best on each platform and share key findings.Partner with Editorial, Content and Social teams to program weekly brand storytelling based on the monthly Creative and Marketing Brief.
Collaborate with teams to complete weekly and monthly 'Best Of' recaps and provide updates and guidelines to Local Social accounts.
Liaison with Affiliates and Paid Search teams to maintain a cohesive social media strategy across multiple teams.Collaborate with Social Media and Content teams to identify influencers and tastemakers as relevant to the Sprayground brand.
Project Management & Account Maintenance
Project manage key seasonal brand campaigns and product gifting in relation to social media.
Manage sample coordination and assist in the creation of social media assets.
Manage the collection of content and assets from multiple teams.
Monitor comments on all national and local accounts and keep team abreast of any issues that arise.
Manage product tagging and populating of website pages.
Qualifications
5-10 years' experience in social media role
Experience with or expressed interest in menswear
