Job Summary

Baptist Health is looking for an experienced Patient Access Rep II for Baptist Heart Cardiology This is a Full-Time Days opportunity.

  • Managing a large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Scheduling patient appointments with BHS cardiologists
  • Following call scripts for handling different scenarios
  • Identifying customer needs and provide solutions
  • Data Entry Tasks
  • Routing calls as appropriate
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service
