What can you expect?

  • You will be responsible for planning and project management in the areas of heating, ventilation, plumbing, and air conditioning, including comprehensive project management through all phases of the HOAI from conception to object monitoring
  • You will be in charge of scheduling, controlling, and monitoring deadlines, as well as cost and change management
  • You will ensure VOB-compliant processing and billing of projects

What should you bring?

  • You have a degree in mechanical engineering, energy and building technology, or a comparable engineering degree
  • You have gained initial experience in planning in the field of HLSK and have knowledge of VOB and contract processing
  • You are communicative, assertive, have a structured and independent way of working, and enjoy working in a team
  • You are willing to be flexible and have a high level of commitment, as well as good IT skills
  • You have fluent German language skills in both written and spoken form
