Job Responsibilities for Outside Parts Sales Representative:

Provide customer service to parts customers in-store and on the road
Market, promote and advertise an array of parts offerings to customers
Help facilitate the receiving, stocking, sale, and delivery of parts in an efficient, safe and profitable operation
Visit assigned customers
Prospect for new customers
Follow up on parts orders to ensure that customers have been served properly
Attend training seminars, as required
Act as a public relations liaison for the dealership
Maintain professional appearance
Other tasks as assigned

Required Skills for Outside Parts Sales Representative:

Exceptional customer service and communications skills (both written and verbal)
A positive attitude and great personal drive
Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
Valid state driver's license is required
Must maintain a clean driving record
