Key services include general medical/surgical inpatient care and treatment, critical care, emergency services, orthopedics, maternity care, and wound care.


Responsibilities:


Supervises the day to day operation of the Food and Nutrition Department to ensure full compliance with federal, state and other regulatory agencies.

Performs the clerical support/duties necessary for optimal patient care, including the safety and efficiency of food prepared in the department, budgetary requirements and compliance to policies and procedures.


Qualifications:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Food Safety Certification from an accredited organization and maintain current.
  • Two (2) years' experience in food service operations.
  • Ability to use PC.
  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR) required by December 2023.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $69,888.00 to $94,057.60 on an annualized basis.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
