- Provide individual and group therapy to assigned clients with a case load of 6 individuals
- Oversee the intake process
- Conduct intake diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and administer therapeutic treatment
- Deliver outreach services as outlined in case plans
- Regularly review case plans and assist in marketing the Program to potential referral sources
- Participate in clinical consultations and offer guidance to staff as needed
- Ensure clients receive quality services in line with recognized group standards
- Adhere to Agency policies and procedures
- Meet Medicaid billing requirements and maintain necessary records
- Supervise the use of psychiatric consultants and medication management for clients
- Provide clinical training to staff at least two times per month
- Supervise family visits and attend various meetings
- Maintain job- and client-specific competencies
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university
- LCSW, LCPC preferred, but LPC and LSW also eligible
- Minimum of three (3) years direct service experience with adolescents
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and demonstrate independent judgment
- Awareness of adolescent needs and responses, ability to collaborate effectively with adults
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Must meet and maintain DCFS driving standards
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word
