    Job Title: Client Service Manager

    Location: Eugene, Oregon

    Position Schedule: Full-Time

    Compensation: Competitive wage based on experience

    Overview:We are a Fee Only Wealth Management firm looking to add an experienced professional to our team.

    As a Client Service Manager, you are the face of the office. You will be the person clients reach when they call in as well as the person they will first see when they walk in the office. Your primary role is to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients, maintain strong relationships, and address their needs effectively. You will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, overseeing client accounts and striving to enhance overall satisfaction and retention.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Support financial advisors and management team with servicing existing and new clients.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients, serving as their primary point of contact for inquiries, and service requests.
    • Oversee client documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and financial advisors to address client needs promptly and efficiently.
    • Ability to communicate with clients through various channels, such as emails, phone calls, and meetings.
    • Address client concerns and issues promptly, working collaboratively with the financial advisor to find effective solutions.
    • Escalate issues when necessary and follow through to ensure resolution.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of services.
    • Collaborate with management to explore growth opportunities within existing client relationships.
    • Generate and deliver regular reports on account status, performance, and key metrics to management.
    Qualifications:
    • Track record of successful office administration preferred.
    • Experience of 1+ years in the trust, brokerage, finance, investment, accounting, or related fields are a plus.
    • Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to adapt to new technology.
    • Excellent PC knowledge and ability to operate database and relationship management systems.
    • Candidate must be organized and efficient, possess strong listening skills, attention to detail and accuracy and execute directions precisely.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
    • The candidate should be a self-starter and have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
    • The ability to build relationships and relate well to people is crucial.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills a must.
    • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
    • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and financial management tools a plus.
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not a requirement.
    • Current Notary preferred, or willingness to obtain at company expense.
