Employee (m/f/d) in the emergency call standby service at Loring Colony The German Red Cross, Hanau district association, with its three subsidiaries in the areas of emergency services, inpatient care and daycare centers, is one of the largest relief organizations and welfare associations in the Main-Kinzig district.

We employ around 400 full-time employees. Around 600 volunteers are involved in the 13 local associations and the mountain rescue service. Under the motto "Seconds count in the emergency call.

Services too", the DRK district association Hanau operates over 2,100 customer emergency call systems in Hanau and the surrounding area.

We are currently looking for reinforcements. Your tasks Conducting emergency call operations for our customers Requesting emergency services and/or emergency doctors as needed Documentation of operations and digital customer data maintenance Device maintenance and service appointments for our customers Your profile Qualification as a paramedic or emergency medical technician or comparable qualification (qualification can also be obtained at the start of employment) You are empathetic and have a passion for working with people You are used to working reliably, independently and appropriately in different situations Technical understanding Driver's license class B You live in the Hanau area You are proficient in German, both spoken and written You identify with the principles of the Red Cross We offer A friendly team and a varied work environment A secure job in a growing company Qualified training and internal further education A salary according to pay group 6b of the DRK collective agreement A responsible,
