What can you expect?

You will commission our machines at customers' sites in Germany and abroad, perform maintenance, and carry out service work (approximately 90% within Europe, weekend work only in exceptional cases)
You will conduct customer trainings (in-house, on-site, online)
You will provide online support to customers for troubleshooting or other inquiries
You will support production with error analysis and long-term testing
You will commission our new machines before delivery and calibrate them
You will support the development department with the industrialization of new products
