Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring quality production from design to initial sample release.
  • You initiate measures to prevent errors with the goal of continuous quality improvement (A3, PDCA, Six Sigma).
  • You also support purchasing in supplier selection and evaluation.
  • You create quality control plans, quality control instructions, and quality control process plans, and conduct risk analyses such as FMEA.
  • Your tasks also include process approvals or process audits during customer audits and determining the scope of sample submissions.
