Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

  • Help to maximize the revenue of the spa through effective scheduling, yield management, and driving retail sales.
  • Deliver a friendly and helpful first impression with spa guests and ensure all identified guest satisfaction touch points are achieved.
  • Make reservations for spa services and ensure all information is accurate and communicated timely to all involved.
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned.
