- Managing records and files
- Facilitating employee in- and out-processing
- Assisting in overseeing DOD, DCSA, and local office policies and programs
- Drafting and routing correspondence
- Planning travel (utilizing Defense Travel System (DTS))
- Coordinating conference room schedules
- Maintaining inventory of office equipment and supplies
- Managing the Government timecard program (DAI)
- Receiving and routing office mail/correspondence
- Administering task management systems (CATMS or Task Management Tracker (TMT))
- Keeping senior leaders informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports and Agency Task Management system taskers
- Summarizing information from these reports and taskers and identify trends for senior leaders
- Assisting in implementing office training programs
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Additional experience may substitute for a degree
- 3+ years of relevant senior administrative and management support experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in English
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with the Defense Travel System and timekeeping management programs
- Previous experience with the DCSA and DoD
- Monday - Friday, normal working hours
- Work is to be performed onsite in Quantico, VA
