Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Frontline EMS, ensuring efficient deployment of resources and adherence to established protocols.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that comply with regulatory requirements while optimizing efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments within the organization to streamline processes and enhance overall service delivery.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations by implementing appropriate measures, conducting regular audits, and addressing any identified gaps promptly.
• Maintain effective communication channels between cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry trends, developments, and best practices related to emergency medical services; make recommendations for process improvements as necessary.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, employee engagement, professional growth, and high levels of morale.

Qualifications:

• CA State EMT Certification, OC Ambulance Attendant/Driver Permit, CPR/BLS card, ADL, Driver's License, and acceptable driving record (required).
• Minimum of 2 years of EMS experience, supervisor/management experience is preferred but not required.
• Deep understanding of emergency medical services operations and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop teams.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in high-stress situations.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as required.

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Ambulance supervisor: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

• EMT Certification (required)
• CPR Certification (required)
• Orange County Accreditation (required)
