As part of our global production network, our local production facilities ensure that raw materials, intermediate products, and end products always meet the highest quality standards.

To strengthen our team at our location in Unterschleißheim near Munich, we are looking for you as
Warehouse Operations Lead (m/f/d), starting immediately, full-time and permanent.

In this position, you will take on the operational management of the supply warehouse at our production site.

Your tasks:

Organization and participation in daily operations (transport and transfer of goods to production, repackaging of raw materials, shipment of samples)
Waste management
Management of warehouse employees
Interface between production, warehouse, and technology
Strong focus on safety in the warehouse area
Application of Lean Management methods to optimize areas

Your profile:

Many years of experience in warehouse management
Several years of leadership experience
Willingness to work in shifts
Experience in GMPcompliant documentation desirable
Experience in Lean Management desirable
Good knowledge of German
