    CityVet in Austin, TX is seeking a full-time Veterinarian Owner/Partner to join our team

    CityVet was founded by a veterinarian, for veterinarians, anchoring our belief in each location being vet-led and owned, keeping control in the doctors' hands. We have partnered with more than 25 fiercely independent veterinarians over the last 20 years to create hospitals with a modern version of evolved veterinary care. Developing unique partnership structures based on the needs of DVMs, CityVet provides opportunities for true value and wealth creation.

    What we offer:

    • $150K-$240K DOE for New Grad/Associates
    • Unlimited earning potential: Our progressive comp model has no limit (and no pressure). You'll receive a base salary as soon as you join.
    • Leadership development: Our DVMs are lifetime learners. Our CityVet Academy can support you with customized programs to meet your ongoing development needs.
    • Prosal compensation structure: You are paid according to your own clinical practice of medicine; not a dictated quota.
    • 401K with an above industry 4% match
    • Vacation: We understand the need to reset and recharge. We offer flexible PTO days for needed time away from work with annual cash out options.
    • Company paid life insurance, long-term disability

    About the area: Austin, the capital city of Texas, is known for its eclectic live music scene centered around country, blues, and rock Its many parks and lakes are popular for biking, hiking, swimming, and boating. Austin is also home to a wonderful ballet, world-class museums, one-of-a-kind shopping and beautiful outdoor spaces. With so many things to do in Austin, you can just as easily spend your morning paddling the lake as you can strolling through a celebrated history museum. Austin has a variety of schools including its public schools that were ranked in the top 50 in Texas.
