We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Service Manager to join our small electrical contractor service company.

As the Electrical Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating electrical service operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

This position requires a strong technical background in electrical systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.


Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:


  • Lead and manage a team of electricians and service technicians.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance and professionalism.
  • Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.

Service Operations:


  • Coordinate and schedule electrical service projects.
  • Ensure timely and efficient completion of service calls, installations, and repairs.
  • Oversee troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify electrical issues.

Customer Relations:


  • Interact with clients to understand their electrical service needs.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing concerns and providing effective solutions.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.

Quality Assurance:


  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee work meets industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct inspections and followups to assess the quality of completed projects.

Budget Management:


  • Manage budgets for service projects, including resource allocation and cost control.
  • Work collaboratively with the finance department to ensure financial goals are met.

Compliance:


  • Stay informed about local and state electrical codes and regulations.
  • Ensure that all service operations comply with safety and legal standards.

Reporting:


  • Generate regular reports on service operations, including project status, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical services.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Detailoriented with strong problemsolving capabilities.
