Key Responsibilities:


  • Media Buying Guidance: Work with Media Buyers to plan, execute, and manage media buying campaigns across multiple channels for clients.
  • Manage Media Buyers make sure they are meeting KPIs
  • Help to create, implement and adhere to Processes/SOPs
  • Assist in Project Management as it pertains to new creatives/copy/set up
  • Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients. Limit as much time for meetings for the actual media buyers. Manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring campaigns are aligned with client objectives and expectations.
  • Update Monday with all projects daily and as needed (including tracking, payments, dates, renewals, who is on what plan, which MB is on which project and tracking the MB's performance etc.
  • Report updates to Summer weekly
  • Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional marketing services to existing clients. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services to effectively communicate the value and benefits to clients.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance. Make datadriven recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Client Relationship Building: Foster strong, longlasting relationships with clients. Understand their business needs and marketing objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (creative, content, analytics) to ensure a cohesive approach to client campaigns.
  • Market Research: Stay uptodate with media buying trends, digital marketing strategies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in digital marketing, media buying, sales, or account management, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in CRMs (team and clients using Go High Level)
