Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Phone Representative to join our team at Shore Inflatables.

As a Phone Representative for selling Party Rental Products, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets
• Make warm calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and followup
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements
• Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in inside sales or phonebased sales is preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills in English, Spanish a plus
• Proven ability to market and sell products or services effectively
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
• Selfmotivated and driven to achieve targets
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
