    Your Impact:

    • Evaluate manufacturing capabilities, identifying essential upgrades to facilities and equipment to align with regulatory standards and efficiency goals.
    • Craft compelling plant improvement proposals, devising cost-effective solutions, and spearheading their implementation.
    • Lead the charge in equipment enhancement and acquisition, from justification to commissioning, ensuring projects align with strategic goals.
    • Deliver projects on time and within budget, seamlessly integrating new upgrades with existing operations.
    • Tackle manufacturing challenges head-on, analyzing issues to root out causes and implement effective solutions.
    • Author and refine critical documentation including maintenance protocols, operating procedures, and safety assessments, ensuring operational excellence.

    Requirements

    Who We're Looking For:

    • A dynamic Mechanical Engineering professional with at least 5 years of experience in capital project management within manufacturing settings.
    • A problem-solving maestro with a proven track record in troubleshooting and enhancing plant operations.
    • Well-rounded expertise in managing multi-disciplinary engineering projects, from mechanical to civil, with a keen eye for innovation.
    • A project management wizard with experience overseeing projects exceeding $1 million, skilled in meeting stringent deadlines and budgetary constraints.
    • An independent thinker eligible to work in our dynamic environment without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future.
