Job Summary:

Programs use:

• ADP(RUN)
• Aloha (POS)
• Quickbooks (Desktop version)

Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll processing
• Handle tax preparation and governmental accounting tasks
• Process accounts payable and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Proficiency in clerical and technical accounting procedures
• Strong knowledge of payroll functions and tax regulations
• Familiarity with general ledger reconciliation and accounts payable processes

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Experience in payroll, account analysis, tax preparation, governmental accounting, clerical duties, technical accounting, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting
