For our client, a renowned service company, we are currently seeking a Dispatcher (m/f/d) at our location in Cologne, starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

Control and monitoring of technician assignments
Recording of service orders
Preparation of assignments and dispatching of personnel and materials
Telephone customer service
Creation of reports

Requirements:

Successfully completed commercial and/or technical apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in the field of dispatching
Proficient in MS Office and SAP R/3 knowledge is desirable
Willingness to be on call
Team player
Organizational skills
