BASIC FUNCTION:

Provides support to Continuous Improvement management team. Receives input to help Continuous Improvement management team in Etnyre Road activities and projects. On a regular basis, facilitate communication between The Etnyre Road team; upper management, vendors, and Etnyre members.

Maintains and promotes a clean, organized, and safe environment while interacting with all aspects of the organization to create adhesion and maintain a positive safety culture.

Maintains a working knowledge of current Company rules, policies, procedures, and systems.


MAJOR DUTIES:

• Executes the implementation of visual workplace improvements.
• Executes process improvements and member training.
• Aids in establishing and managing value stream performance metrics.
• Documents elements of standard work and work instructions.
• Performs time studies and database corrections.
• Assists with Work-InProcess (WIP) management.
• Assist where needed with project team tasks.
• Completes projects in a timely manner.
• Supports Etnyre in becoming selfsufficient and selfsustaining in process improvement processes to a level of worldclass manufacturing.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

General knowledge of fabrication and assembly functions. A basic understanding of Microsoft Office tools. Aptitude to operate and modify required information in our ERP System.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Some bending and twisting is required. Routine duties will occasionally require lifting approximately 10-20 pounds (and periodically heavier loads.)
