Position Summary:
- This recruitment is for a Temporary Benefits Analyst position through UCI's internal temporary staffing service.
- Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answer 20-40 phone calls a day, create tickets in case management system, and manage shared inbox.
- Administer and communicate health, welfare, workers' compensation, and/or leave of absence benefit programs.
- Counsel employees and managers on benefit programs and procedures, as well as general HR tasks like direct deposit, paycheck interpretation, and HR programs.
Compensation Range:
- $26.92/hour (within full range of $ $36.64/hour).
Required:
- Previous HR experience, 12 years.
- Experience answering high volume calls, while providing super customer satisfaction.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Preferred:
- Bilingual
- Spanish.

TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT
- The majority of our temporary positions are Monday
- Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. We also have occasional parttime, weekend, and evening hours available, depending on the assignment. Comprehensive benefits options are also available for temporary employees, including paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave.
