Work together with the site project management team on the technical maintenance of our stores and support with administrative processes.

Coordinate appointments and handle the administrative ordering of maintenance and repair orders. Support in ensuring the operator responsibility of the properties in the region. Manage and maintain technical master data for your locations. Create systematic evaluations in SAP and Excel and manage their technical content. A completed technical or commercial education is required, such as an industrial clerk or office clerk.

First practical knowledge in construction and facility management is desirable, as well as a basic understanding of the functions of trades.

Results-oriented and business-minded thinking and acting. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), ideally SAP.
