Your tasks

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the conceptual development, implementation, and management of cross-company projects and strategic initiatives, and help us optimize internal processes and structures.

Introduction and continuous optimization of a multi-project management system for controlling and prioritizing all cross-departmental projects
Cost and results-oriented project management
Management of cross-functional projects
Definition of project goals, development of project plans, definition of work packages, budget and resource planning are part of your daily routine.
Monitoring of milestones, costs, and quality in projects
Identification of optimization potentials and project risks
Creation, documentation, and presentation of project status reports and decision templates for various target groups

Your profile

Completed (technical) university degree with a focus on business or technology, or a comparable field of study
Extensive professional experience in a similar position
Methodological knowledge for leading strategic projects
Very good analytical and conceptual skills, as well as experience in dealing with different internal interest groups and functions
Experience in project management, preferably in telecommunications projects
With your structured, independent way of working and hands-on mentality, you quickly reach your goals
