Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Associate, you represent the face of the hotel You serve as the initial point of contact for all guests, ensuring they have a memorable stay.

If you're new to the hospitality industry, the Front Desk Associate role provides an excellent starting point with significant potential for advancement.

Job Specifications:

Location: Spring House
Resort Area: Jackson Gore
Expected Salary Range: $22.04 / hour
Shift Hours

Schedule Availability: Full-time & Part-time

Skill Level: Entry to Intermediate

Responsibilities:

Interact directly with customers
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs
Respond to phone inquiries
Address all customer requirements
Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance consistently
Assist in resolving any discrepancies in guest invoices
Perform other assigned duties

Job Requirements:

Proficient in English communication
Friendly with excellent interpersonal skills
Basic to moderate computer skills

The expected pay range is $22.04. Individual compensation determinations are based on various factors.
