As a pivotal member of our team, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) embodies our commitment to exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Your role is multifaceted, encompassing various responsibilities aimed at ensuring that our customers receive prompt assistance, resolving their inquiries effectively, and fostering opportunities for business growth.


Responsibilities:


Phone Call Management:

  • Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, categorizing them based on urgency and nature of inquiry.
  • Utilize active listening skills to address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, striving for firstcall resolution whenever possible.
  • Identify potential opportunities to upsell or crosssell our services, leveraging customer interactions to generate new business leads.

Follow-up:

  • Proactively follow up with leads generated from platforms such as Yelp and Thumbtack, nurturing relationships and converting inquiries into service appointments.
  • Monitor customer feedback channels and address any concerns or issues raised by customers, demonstrating our commitment to resolving their issues effectively.

Invoice and Deposit Handling:

  • Collect customer deposits and process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payment and adherence to company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with the finance team to manage customer accounts and address any billingrelated inquiries or discrepancies promptly.

Scheduling:

  • Coordinate with customers to schedule service appointments, taking into account their preferences and availability.
  • Collaborate closely with the dispatch team to optimize technician schedules and ensure timely response to service requests.
  • Flexibly manage scheduling adjustments and rescheduling requests from customers, demonstrating our commitment to accommodating their needs.

Tag Verification:

  • Ensure that all customer interactions, inquiries, and service requests are accurately documented and tagged in our system.
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of customer records, facilitating easy tracking and retrieval of information for future reference.

Order Status Updates:

  • Collaborate with the Orders Department to ensure that customers receive relevant updates regarding their order status.
  • Proactively communicate with customers, especially as their order approaches our estimated delivery window, to provide updates and address any concerns or inquiries they may have.
  • Maintain open lines of communication between the customer and the Orders Department, facilitating transparency and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the order process.


Your role as a Customer Service Representative is integral to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
