Compensation:
- Salary: $12 to $15 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and tenants in a friendly and professional manner
- Showing apartment/ house when needed to our prospective customers
- Provide information about apartment prices, promotion, fees, etc.
- Taking photos around the property and report daily to the Property Manager
- Assist the Back office to solve any issues of customers/ tenants
- Office tasks: printing papers, handling packages, etc.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish is a must
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist are preferred
- Experience with real estate industry is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Can commit to work longterm
Pay:
$ $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
