Description
The Lodge at Truitt Homestead is an Independent Living Facility located in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. We are looking for an energetic individual for our part-time Receptionist/Concierge to work every-other weekend from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There will also be availability to pick up additional shifts. This position is the face of The Lodge and is responsible for greeting all residents and their guest. Screening all guests and visitors, answering phones and assisting our residents with their needs.

The Lodge at Truitt Homestead's parent company, VP Advantage Services, offers PTO to our part-time employees.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Greets residents and visitors;
Screens all visitors and vendors;
Answer inquiries and give directions;
Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required;
Provide support to Directors, as needed;
Assist with additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED;
Computer skills;
Ability to communicate with our residents;
Must demonstrate an interest in working with the senior population;
Must be courteous and friendly to all our residents and guests.
