Administrative Assistant III (Field Operations)
This role offers diverse secretarial and administrative assistance, requiring a deep understanding of company policies and procedures. Independently establishing and managing office workflow and confidential information filing system. Responsibilities include generating reports, agendas, and correspondence. Interacting with internal and external customers on routine and complex matters. Reports directly to a Regional Vice President.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to internal and external inquiries, engaging with customers on complex or confidential issues, involving relevant associates from various departments to resolve matters, and supporting other team members
- Providing varied secretarial and administrative support, including composing, proofreading, and distributing memos, correspondence, and reports. Managing calendars, schedules, and meeting arrangements. Coordinating travel plans
- Establishing and organizing office filing systems, contributing to policy and procedure development, overseeing departmental computer systems, managing security access, and procuring supplies
- Executing special projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Secretarial training or equivalent experience
- Preferably an Associate's degree in secretarial science
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in personal computer usage and company software. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good organizational and administrative skills
Minimum Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
Starting Hourly Rate: $30.85
