THE CARY COMPANY is looking for a motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to support our dynamic marketing team in Addison, IL.

This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are naturally curious, enjoy exploring new technologies, and excel in research and creative expression.

The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting the implementation of our marketing strategies and maintaining a strong online presence.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the development and management of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Support the marketing manager with the execution of brand and product campaigns.
  • Help improve the design, content, and usability of the company's websites.
  • Participate in customer and market research to gather actionable insights.
  • Assist in researching new technologies and methods to enhance our digital marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to support new marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and update website content, focusing on user experience and SEO.
  • Keep uptodate with best practices in online writing, social media trends, web usability, web design and business/industry trends

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to highquality work.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.

This is an on-site role reporting to our Addison, IL facility.
