Your responsibilities at Roche Diagnostics:


Logistics of new and used analysis systems:

  • Bottleneck management in coordination with global planning and field service
  • Ensuring device availability
  • Independent review, supplementation, and processing of incoming installations, pickups, and transfers
  • Configuration of delivery scope and ensuring correct processing in coordination with field service, warehouse, device technology, product management, disposition, and order processing
  • Determination of booking guidelines
  • Arranging transportation through order processing
  • Coordination of refurbishment of used devices
  • Monitoring of consignment stock and verification of correct asset booking

Customer/Order Management for Large Devices:


  • Independent processing of incoming customer orders/installation orders/device movements, taking into account:
  • Customer requests/technician requirements/on-site conditions
  • Logistics/freight issues
  • Agreed service standards
  • Systemrelevant processes and assortment questions
  • Processing orders for booking purposes in SAP/CRM
  • Recording pickups, deliveries, and transfers in SAP, CRM, or ASE and creating transport orders for the freight company
  • Communication with the freight company

Repurchase of Roche and third-party devices:

  • Independent verification of repurchase terms
  • Independent booking of corresponding repurchase credit
  • Consulting field service on repurchases

IT activities:


  • Maintaining CRM and processing incoming service reports
  • Inventory checks in SAP/R3 system with corresponding corrective bookings
  • Data maintenance for returned systems
