As a Collections Specialist your job responsibilities will be:

  • Identify Member needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions
  • Ensure all Employer Contributions are processed and posted in a timely manner
  • Billing and collection of Contractor discrepancies
  • Communicate with Members regarding benefit questions
  • Communicate with Employers regarding benefit remittance questions
  • Input Employer remittances and or payments
  • Help Employers connect to and navigate the Electronic Employer Remittance Portal
  • Monthly/Weekly reporting
  • Prepare special reports as required
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Continuously update your knowledge of all current Benefit Plan policies and procedures

Qualifications necessary to perform these duties:

  • Strong customer service skills and the desire to provide each and every member with outstanding service
  • Excellent social, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion, respect and ethics
  • Analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies
  • Ability to work within and across teams/departments, as well as individually

Pay:
$45, $50,000.00 per year
