    Duties:

    • Accounts Receivable data entry to include the daily preparation and posting of cash receipts, invoices, and credit memos
    • Research customer inquiries and communicate resolution (from/to external and internal customers)
    • Research billing or payment issues and communicate resolution
    • Following up with aged customer account balances
    • Document customer communications in SalesForce database
    • Support and assist with customer account collection efforts
    • Ensures completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of all Accounts Receivable transactions
    • Assists with Accounts Receivable related reconciliations
    • Generate reports as required in support of accounts receivable, cash management, and general ledger functions
    • Assist in special projects related to all areas of Accounting assigned by Manager or CFO
    • Ad hoc duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • High School diploma (college hours preferred)
    • Certifications and/or training in accounting principles (preferred)
    • Minimum of 2 years' working experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or general Accounting/bookkeeping function
    • Working knowledge or proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Teams, and Outlook
    • Excellent work ethic
    • Detail oriented and able to multi-task
    • Prioritization skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
    • Comfortable receiving direction and objective feedback
    • Comfortable making recommendations for efficiencies/process improvements
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision both in office (3 days/week) and remotely
    • Shows initiative
    • Quick learner
