Your challenges with us Appointment scheduling:
you organize appointments and support in planning Online and telephone marketing: you conduct potential analyses and product presentations, make telephone acquisitions, and support in marketing and special promotions Address qualification: you create new addresses, qualify them, and process existing data Order management: you support the sales team in order processing, complaint handling, contract cancellations, and process association notifications Trade fair organization: as an organizational talent, you keep track of all upcoming trade fair dates, support in planning and coordinating all parties involved Travel: you occasionally participate in trade fairs and other external assignments (~10 overnight stays/year)

Support reporting:
you provide the team and sales management with defined KPIs in a timely manner and work on their further development Mailbox processing: you are responsible for processing all inquiries in the general mailbox and assigning them to the correct contact persons This is how you convince us You have completed commercial training and/or studies (business administration) and have professional experience in inside sales You are IT-savvy, have strong communication and organizational skills, and act independently and autonomously You have excellent verbal and written expression Knowledge from the furniture/kitchen industry or other retail markets is an advantage You have a strong assertiveness, a high customer orientation, and a competent appearance You are proficient in
