Description
Duties:
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide handson therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility, strength, and flexibility
- Use medical terminology and knowledge of physiology and anatomy to guide treatment plans
- Utilize trigger point therapy techniques to address specific areas of pain or tension
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for athome care
Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited university with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy that is recognized by the APTA
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience working in an outpatient setting preferred
