Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Nursing Department following all regulations
- Participate in committee meetings and assist in managing nursing staff
- Provide nursing care and meet educational requirements

Key roles include:
- Coordinating nursing services with other departments
- Handling resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Addressing complaints, grievances, and welcoming new residents

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in Kentucky
- CPR certification required, long-term care experience preferred
- Clear criminal background check and drug screen
