    Our staff to resident ratio is 1:3 (day & eve) and 1:6 (nights) so you can build those relationships with your residents. It's the very reason you decided to become a caregiver, isn't it?

    Wage Range: $17 - $25 hour

    Shifts: 2p-10p or 2:15p-10:15p

    We promise strong leadership support and comprehensive training to ensure your success

    Primary Responsibilities of our CNA's and Home Health Aides:

    • Maintain compassionate and authentic relationships with Residents & Clients
    • Provide direct care to Residents & Clients with dementia and complex medical conditions, assisting them with bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting
    • Support Residents & Clients by providing housekeeping and laundry services, preparing and serving meals and distributing medication

    Required Qualifications

    • Passion for assisting and caring for elderly residents. Night shift requires 1 year caregiving experience.
    • 16+ yrs old and able to pass the MDH background check
    • Lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be on your feet for 7-8 hours
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Professional and positive attitude
    • Valid Drivers License
    • Dementia Care experience a plus (but not required)
