Essential
Duties
and Responsibilities:

Performs and certifies completion of all preemployment checks and onboarding requirements for all hire types
Ensures timely submission and collection of all new hire paperwork
Collaborates and communicates effectively with Talent Acquisition Specialists
Partners effectively with other departments to ensure an efficient hiring process
Verifies complete accuracy of all data entry responsibilities
Exhibits organization across all tasks and full ability to follow processes
Consistently meets coordinating metrics
Provides education as needed on onboarding process
Identifies process improvement initiatives and provides solutions
Performs other duties as assigned and/or necessary

Minimum
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree preferred
Must be energetic, highly motivated, and able to work in a fastpaced environment
Must be organized, detailoriented, and able to efficiently handle multiple tasks at once
Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, coworkers, clients) via strong communication skills required; proficiency in the English language may be required
