- Maintain project cost documentation, including cost reports and change orders.
- Ensure document version control and accessibility for all project stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings and workshops related to project controls activities.
- Provide support in resolving conflicts and ensuring a unified project approach.
- Collaborate with project management to ensure clear project objectives and scope.
- Conduct performance analysis on completed projects to identify areas of improvement.
- Continuously improve project controls cost analysis processes and methodologies.
- 5+ years of experience in project controls, project management, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Deltek, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
- Ability to pass background screening.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
