    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Management Professional to join our consulting organization. As a Change Management Professional, you will work closely with our clients to facilitate and guide them through organizational changes, ensuring successful adoption and implementation of new strategies, processes, and technologies. Your expertise in change management methodologies and your ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels will be critical in driving transformative change within client organizations. The ideal candidate must exhibit a passion for leading clients through change, working with people, creativity and a love for problem solving in an entrepreneurial, team oriented, high functioning environment. Empathy, trust building, and communication skills are imperative. Candidates should be able to support the team by creating change management strategies and participating in interactive workshops, with both executives and employees. This candidate should have a passion for helping clients, gathering information, and presenting in various formats. Once hired, this individual will be working as a part of a team dedicated to providing Change Management and Workplace Strategy Services. Travel may be required for this position.

    Responsibilities of the Regional Director- Workplace Strategist

    • Change Management Strategy:
    • Develop comprehensive change management strategies tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of client organizations.
    • Conduct thorough assessments of the organization's current state, identify change impact, and formulate an actionable plan for successful change implementation.
    • Create clear objectives, milestones, and performance metrics to measure the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives.
    • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Identify and analyze stakeholders impacted by the change, including executives, managers, employees, and external partners.
    • Build relationships and collaborate closely with stakeholders to gain their buy-in and support for the proposed changes.
    • Communicate the benefits, risks, and impacts of the change initiatives, addressing any concerns and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Change Communication and Training:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to ensure clear and consistent messaging throughout the change process.
    • Create engaging and informative communication materials, such as presentations, newsletters, and FAQs, to keep stakeholders informed and address their questions and concerns.
    • Design and deliver change management training programs to equip employees and leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to the changes effectively.
    • Change Implementation and Support:
    • Provide guidance and support to project teams and business units during the implementation of change initiatives.
    • Monitor and assess the progress of change activities, identify potential roadblocks or resistance, and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and best practices from change initiatives, and applying them to future projects.
    • Change Measurement and Evaluation:
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of change initiatives.
    • Regularly assess and report on the progress and effectiveness of change management efforts, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
    • Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the long-term sustainability and benefits realization of the implemented changes.

    • Presentation skills

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (X+ years) in change management within a consulting or professional services environment.
    • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and obstacles to change.
    • Experience in developing and executing change management plans, communication strategies, and training programs.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple change initiatives simultaneously.
    • Proficient in using change management tools and software.
    • Change management certifications (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are preferred.
