Over the last 9 years, HomeBuyers of Pittsburgh has grown from two partners and a vision to 25 full-time team members who have now bought and sold nearly 1000 homes.
In 2021 we shifted our focus from just flipping homes to becoming a full-service real estate company. With over 200 properties in our rental portfolio now, we have gotten all of our services under one roof with the addition of a brokerage (RealtyCo) and property management company in 2023.
We're looking for the right person to join our team to help the owner on an administrative level. Your main role will be assisting with meeting notes, project management, managing inbox and calendar, light AP / AR duties, scheduling social media calendars, etc.

We'd love it if you have any executive assistant background or experience. Any previous work in the social media or real estate space would be super helpful as well. Must be very tech/software friendly and able to take the initiative + have the follow through to learn new things.
We currently use Excel, GSuite, Quickbooks Online, and Appfolio so experience with this software is a bonus. This will be a key role alongside the owner and is known as the "glue" that keeps a lot of things going.

Compensation:$45,000 - $50,000 yearly
Responsibilities:We are the Home Buyers of Pittsburgh, a locally owned company that started in 2015 when two partners, Ryan Scialabba and Aaron Archibald, decided to join forces.
In the last eight years, we have increased from two partners to a full staff of 25, have bought and sold nearly 1,000 homes, and now have built a 200+ property portfolio.
We have a vertically integrated business that includes acquisitions, construction, financing, property management, and a brokerage.
