To strengthen our 4-person first level customer support team, we are looking for an IT Support Engineer (m/f/d/x) as soon as possible.


Your tasks:


As a Support Engineer (m/f/d/x), you are the first point of contact for our customers for technical inquiries about our products and solutions.


Your mission:
Satisfied and happy customers.


As the first point of contact for our customers, you are responsible for receiving and qualifying requests via telephone, email, and ticket system.

You analyze and diagnose technical problems, including remote support, and find individual solutions for our customers.

You fix hardware and software issues, install, configure, and maintain IT storage systems.

You document support tickets and customer communication transparently and proactively identify potential technical problems to develop suitable solutions.


Your profile:
IT affinity and a good technical understanding - an IT education is a plus but not mandatory.

Storage, servers, networks, and operating systems such as Windows, MacOS & Linux are not foreign words to you, and you are motivated
