Position: Welder

Company: ESM North

Location: Rochester, NY

About Us: ESM North is a leading company based in Rochester, NY, specializing in delivering top-quality products and services to our clients. As part of our expansion, we are currently seeking experienced Welders to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform welding operations utilizing various welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding, to fabricate and assemble metal components.
Interpret and follow engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to ensure accurate assembly and weld quality.
Conduct weld inspections to verify conformance with specifications and quality standards.
Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and project deadlines.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Welder, with proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols accurately.
Strong attention to detail and quality, with the ability to produce high-quality welds consistently.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining welding equipment and tools.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
Certification in welding preferred but not required.
