As an innovation leader in the industry, with clear perspectives, we are looking for a process technician for plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d) in the extrusion department #ProcessTechnician #Extrusion #Plastics #OWL Your responsibilities: Creation and documentation of maintenance plans Preventive maintenance and repair of production equipment and technical infrastructure according to maintenance and repair instructions Troubleshooting, repair, or initiation of repairs for production equipment and technical infrastructure Programming and troubleshooting of PLC controls Documentation of maintenance and repair activities in the MES system according to ISO standards Ensuring and continuously improving quality standards Ensuring efficient and smooth production with our extrusion equipment Sampling of new tools and setting up our extrusion equipment Continuous improvement of work processes and procedures Conducting quality and release inspections Supervision and maintenance of our production equipment and tools Conducting training and onboarding of new colleagues within the department Your profile: You have completed vocational training as a process technician specializing in semi-finished products or alternatively, a completed technical-commercial training,
