Senior Operating Room Assistant (OTA) Operations Service (m/f/d):


Your responsibilities:

Coordination of outpatient and inpatient surgery programs - Organization of operating room procedures - Inventory management - Shift planning, personnel scheduling - Coordination and inventory management - Assistance in microsurgical procedures - Participation in on-call and standby duty - Responsibility for validated processing and sterilization of microsurgical instruments - Quality management - Organization of training courses - Team leadership


We are looking for:

State recognition as an operating room assistant (OTA), preferably with leadership experience - Completed further training course for management in healthcare and social services - Experience in ophthalmic surgical operations - PC skills - Communication skills, organizational talent, and assertiveness - Commitment, independent, analytical, and structured thinking and working - Integrative and dedicated personality
