We are growing:
To expand our team, we are looking for reinforcements in contract processing at our main location in Freiburg.

Responsibilities:

You process digitally submitted contracts using software
You conduct contract reviews for completeness and legal compliance
You handle all tasks related to customers and business partners, such as requesting documents, company name changes, contract transfers, and refinancing
You communicate with customers and business partners in a friendly and respectful manner
General administrative tasks

Qualifications:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, such as industrial clerk, bank clerk, or a relevant commercial training with additional qualifications
You are used to working discreetly and in a structured manner
You work well in a team and take responsibility for your own tasks
You are proficient in MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
You have good written and verbal communication skills in a business setting
